The Social Intranet Relaunch Project is looking to replace the social intranet platform with a new provider. This change project will affect the whole group and all internal employees. It entails the build of the new platform, the migration of relevant content to the new platform as well as the roll out preparations including training, promotions and other stakeholder alignments.

To make this huge change project successful, we are looking for a strategic consultancy to ensure a consistent translation of communication and content strategy, into a stringent data and content governance and co-creating the Social Intranet solution via ensuring effective template design, consistent workflows and processes enabling a seamless and intuitive employee experience.

 

Tasks:

  • Strategic Consulting on shaping the overall information architecture, communication and content strategy
  • Strategic consulting and conceptualization of the business governance and product governance for the future social intranet
  • Secure high-quality preparation, orchestration and alignment of relevant decisions to be taken by the Business Owner in the Communication, Program Management and Steering Committee for the Social Intranet Relaunch Project
  • Secure high-quality preparation, orchestration and alignment of group content strategy with senior stakeholders (Senior Vice Presidents)
  • Oversee and maintain the project plan for the Content Strategy work package, ensuring that all members of the workstream complete their tasks on time. Regularly align with the workstreams to ensure progress and resolve potential roadblocks on program level
  • Consultation, Analysis & Governance Development: Collaborate with communication teams and subject matter experts to:
    • Understand and analyze the current communication architecture, clustering, and frameworks within the Group
    • Challenge the status quo to derive improvements and guide the development of a comprehensive content strategy
    • Develop a future-oriented content governance framework, ensuring sustainability and consistency with the new intranet SaaS software.
    • Visualization & Documentation: Visualize and document all derived content strategies, governance models, and related concepts in Confluence, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
    • Challenge developed concepts: Work in close collaboration with the Product Owner, UI/UX team, and Brand Managers to co-design a user-friendly content framework, optimized for both users and content creators (from front-end to back-end experiences), strong focus on template development
    • Workshop Organization & Facilitation: Organize and lead workshops with project members and subject matter experts to gather input, validate strategies, and align on key decisions.
    • Training & Project Management Support: Assist the business project team with project management methodologies and documentation, ensuring a structured approach and adherence to best practices
